Employment Type: Permanent Staff (SHRA) Vacancy ID: P012388 Salary Range: $38,000 - $50,000 Position Summary/Description: The Educational Consultant will join the Implementation Advisor team for the Go NAPSACC project (https://gonapsacc.org/). This position serves as the main point-of-contact and implementation coach for state partners implementing Go NAPSACC in their states. Duties include orienting state partners to Go NAPSACC and supporting their implementation planning; training state partners and local/regional support staff on the use of the Go NAPSACC tools; providing ongoing support for state partners as they scale up their implementations to increase usage and address any equity concerns; assist in resolving any website issues; and supporting state partners’ data and evaluation needs. The Implementation Advisor also develops trainings and educational materials on early childhood health topics to be used in Go NAPSACC’s work. This position requires skills in training and coaching with a focus on early childhood education settings; early childhood health (specifically nutrition, physical activity and/or social and emotional development); and/or statewide public health implementation. The person in this position will need to be able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, with a modest-level of supervision. Tasks require strong written and oral communication skills and professionalism, attention to detail, and a high level of organization. Education and Experience: Master’s degree in education, special education, instructional design, educational technology, educational media, or related discipline with coursework in curriculum development or learning theory; or a Bachelor’s degree in the assigned discipline and two years of experience in teaching, educational testing, or instructional design and curriculum development; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
