Assistant Teacher
DescriptionThe Assistant Teacher will assist in the supervision, education, and support of children with disabilities, birth-36 months of age, in a preschool/early intervention setting. The Assistant Teacher will work under the supervision of the director and lead Teacher(s) in the delivery of services to children with disabilities on an as-needed basis. Some specific responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: assist in the daily preparation of the classroom and play yard activities, monitor for safety, assist in documenting and maintaining daily observations of children in all areas of development, prepare school bulletin boards, assist in the end-of-day clean-up activities, attend daily
